Depth at which a tipset is final. Lotus uses whichever of F3 or the EC calculator is more recent, and falls back to a static 900 epochs (7.5h) if neither is available. Healthy mainnet reaches the EC bound in 25-35 epochs; fewer blocks per tipset push it deeper, and -1 means the bound cannot be met.
